Mr. Willis has 35 years of experience as a real estate and financial services professional with experience in acquisition, asset management and disposition, project redesign and enhancement, capital recovery programs, construction management, loan restructuring, and sales and marketing. He is in charge of deal sourcing, market research, underwriting, due diligence and asset disposition.
He was the lead partner in WC & F Realty Advisors, Inc., consulting with leading financial institutions in the restructuring and disposition of REO assets. Clients included Peoples United Bank of Connecticut, Dime Bank, Florida Federal and CitiBank. Prior to WC & F, he was Director of Acquisitions for E. P. Wilbur & Co., Inc. and a Senior Vice President. While in this position, he was directly involved in the purchase and sale of more than fifty properties ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000. He began his career in real estate as a developer buying residential apartment properties in Florida and converting them to condominium use.
Mr. Willis is a Scottish Rite Freemason, 32nd Degree, a Unit Commissioner of the Boy Scouts of America, and a Senior Member of the National Association of Review Appraisers & Mortgage Underwriters. He is a former Director of the Sun Coast Homebuilders Association and the Pinellas County Homebuilders Association.
Mr. Willis is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program (TEP) of the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. He served in tne US Army.

He was an equal partner with The Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company in a subsidiary or affiliate which selected and managed real estate investments for that company. In addition, he and his companies have been an investment partner or advisor to several large companies and/or their pension funds including:, Mitsui (Japan), West LB (Germany), Dallah Albaraka (Saudi Arabia), Kodak, 3M, Xerox and Gannett. He has owned and managed more than 11,000 multifamily rental apartment units in complexes located in Florida, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Connecticut, Georgia, Wyoming, California, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, New York and Kentucky. Mr. Wilbur has also owned and managed 1,580,000 square feet of office and retail space.
Mr. Wilbur is a former member of the Dean’s Council of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the Dean’s International Council of the Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago and of the Buck Advisory Council of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. Mr. Wilbur was also a member of the Board of Directors of Wright Investors’ Service, Inc., an investment management and financial advisory firm.

Mr. Wilbur is a graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and of Harvard University with a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School where he was the President of the Student Body (SA). He was an executive with the company and its predecessors for more than thirty years and, before that, was a consultant with the firm of McKinsey & Company, an Executive with American Express Company and with Newburger, Loeb & Company, and served as an officer in the U. S. Army.
